We recently completed a full electrical installation for a 5,000-square-foot home in Fort Lauderdale, FL, ensuring all work was performed with the appropriate permits and in full compliance with local electrical codes.
The project included new wiring, panel installations, and the setup of essential and advanced electrical systems to support the client’s specific requirements.
The electrical infrastructure included the installation of a central breaker panel as you can see in the photos, which acts as the primary hub distributing power throughout the home.
Each room was separately wired to ensure optimal safety, with all necessary grounding and dedicated circuits for appliances, lighting, and outlets. We also routed wiring for essential systems, including HVAC, lighting control, and security, making the home ready for advanced automation, just in case the customer would like that.
Our Work Process
In addition, recessed lighting fixtures were pre-installed within the ceiling framework, allowing for energy-efficient LED lights. The photos also show the extensive work on the ceiling, where we placed ductwork alongside electrical lines to integrate air conditioning with the electrical systems.
In the outside, the setup was aligned with local code requirements, ensuring proper exterior outlets and future connections for outdoor lighting or pool equipment.
